skills, a can-do attitude and a readiness to lead accounts to success are all essential qualities for this position.
Reporting to the VP, Account Director will be responsible for:
Leadership and overall management of the Client relationship on multiple accounts,
Develops a thorough knowledge of the client’s business, the consumer, the marketplace and all aspects of advertising,
including creative, media, research, and commercial production,
Communicate the client’s needs to the agency team, plan effectively to maximize staff time and energy, and present the agency’s
recommendations to the client,
Foster productive communication between client and agency staffs, identify common goals, and make sure that the final product is
profitable and effective for the client and the agency.
Closely monitors and analyzes marketing communication trends,
Account team management.
Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications and skills:
University degree from a reputable university,
Minimum 7 years industry & agency experience, -at least 2 years of management experience,
Fluent in English,
Strong communication and teamwork skills,
Proactive, result oriented, flexible,
Strong planning and organizational skills.
